Island Choiz - Brooklyn

I came from sunset park to pick up an order for my boyfriend. He loves the food here, I did too. Great flavors/seasoned well. The fried chicken falls off the bone. If they would put as much love as they do the food when providing customer service I would of added a 5th star. The attitude of the women in this place is horrific. I’ve never received so many eye rolls while ordering food. I almost walked out, but I traveled so far that I just purchased an order for my partner, and cooked for myself at home. It’s sad because I love supporting black owned businesses, I even had a generous tip on had ready, but things as simple as decent customer service can really affect how much business you get and how a transaction can go. Sadly we’ll spend out money elsewhere, where it’s appreciated.

There food is amazing, Owner is friendly, place is clean... what else could you ask for!My husband and I buy food from them 3-4 times per week, and we are never disappointed.Best whiting escoveitch fish in BROOKLYN!

Best food I’ve had in a long while, meat was falling off the bone, everything was delicious while being super cheap. Highly recommend this place. Wish they would open up another location in Coney. Thank you!

Island Choiz food is always full of flavors. My favorite is Pineapple Chicken.

The Jamaican cuisine at this restaurant is excellent and authentic. The food is delicious and you can tell that the chef takes pride in their work. The staff members were also very friendly and my overall experience was great. No complaints here!
