Fiore - Brooklyn

Food was good but service was extremely disappointing. Appetisers were forgotten, 2 out of the 3 mains were incorrect so 2 members of the party were eating 20 minutes after the one who received food correctly. My main meal order was brought out incorrectly twice (ordered lasagne first delivery was spaghetti, then eggplant parm) No attempts at making amends other than bringing the member of the party whose pasta was served on time the same meal he had just finished again “on the house” (we did not accept bc he had ofcourse already eaten that dish and seemed like an accident vs trying to make amends for the poor service). Restaurant was not full at this time. Very let down.

This place has changed ownership and continues to go down

Got seated quickly but that 's where the good news ends. Waited maybe 20-30 minutes for our cocktails to arrive, and while they still were not received our waiter comes over to take our food order. We tell the waiter, we will just order appetizers for now as we have not received our drinks as of yet. He then tells us that the chef insists that the entire order be taken all at once. At this point we refuse to place our entire order, andd sent our waite back to see if th chef was okay with that . Although the food was okay, some items were small and/or overpriced. Would not go back.

Service food ambiance was awesome... It was rather loud... but to be expected on Saturday night... Would recommend to anyone who enjoys authentic Italian cuisine...

A wonderful option for an Italian meal. Mussels were superb, as well as the grilled orata. A place that makes you feel at home
