I Been Living In This Neighborhood for over 52 years and I have never experienced such rude disrespectful of service in this Dunkin donut until today. I place and Order med Latte 2 Pumpkin donuts and A Bagel twist .I Presented my TMoble Tues Day Coupon to get my discount.the Rude cashier just continued tell me the amount of my order without the discount.I began to explain to her that the discounts was not deducted. I informed her , She was become a little to loud and It was Not called for .to let me see a manager. I was told there is no Manager now To Pay . First She Never told me the coupon didn’t ,or wasn’t working she just demanded payment. Then she begins to stated maybe I used it or it experienced but she never look at the coupon or request help or a solution to fix it. She is very much rude and needs retraining on how to deal with public Services. Unfortunately I never purchased my order and was Very much disappointed. I never and Don’t Have To .
