Dunkin' - Brooklyn

The staff was friendly, the coffee was average. The place was not very clean and unfortunately, the bathroom was disgusting. However, the kind girl at the counter made up for all the shortcomings of the establishment.

The restaurant has poor customer service, they are understaffed and do not pay much attention to customers.

Store does not close up to 7 clock online. I hired a mobile order around 18:20 clock and when I arrived 15 minutes later, they claim that the load closed at 6:15 and that they do not know how to process a refund. “I’m just a worker.” the answer to my frustration was that none of my order was prepared and told me that I would have to come back in the morning to receive a refund. I never come back here again. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
