Concord Hill - Brooklyn

Came by here for brunch and got a table outside. Pretty affordable the French Toast was delicious! I loved the addition of nuts, bananas, and pears, and had no complaints. Not many more vegetarian options for me here, but was pretty happy with what we got here.

Wow! The waiter literally said to me the chicken is a bird! We we're not born yesterday! What an Ahole! REALLY MY man we eat out 4 times a week! Too bad I used to like this place!

Although I've read GOOD reviews I must say I've NOT had the opportunity to give one myself other than terrible service. Upon entering the premise, I was immediately greeted with I'm sorry we're understaffed and cannot accept anymore ppl. Meanwhile, there were 2 empty tables AND 8PPL leaving. I was 1 person and the waitress/ host or whatever she was was immediately rude from the start. Granted, she may have been frustrated and overwhelmed..... at the end still does NOT justify the attitude received. At the end of it all I was told the owner said that I cannot be served cause they're understaffed. 1 person trying to get some oysters only to be turned away for lack of staff. I'd understand if I was a party of 3+ but it was just myself. Sad to say I felt embarrassed and probably would never return.

I can tell they are using good ingredients. 20 years of my life in NYC I've been to many brunch but this one was nice surprise Would love to visit again, server lady was attentive

I wasn’t too impressed. The restaurant is cute waiters were friendly, but the portions were small. The cocktails were delicious, but also very small for the price. I got a Mediterranean salad that consisted of mushy tomatoes, cucumbers a few olives. The slice of feta cheese was impressive, but not super flavorful. I would recommend the French toast if you aren’t too hungry or sharing a few items.
