Bidra med feedbackI order every other day 2 plates with everything. This week got a yound girl who put one scoop of rice and hardly no meat. I asked her to put full amount in my dishes. I also paid extra for the avocado. She said no problem. When I got home no avocado in either of my orders and portions were not correct amount. I dont understand if the workers are not being trained right or just being cheap to customers. Also the cook mixed in the remainder of white rice in with the brown rice. Then refilled white rice container. Not good practice, I recorded him mixing remainder white rice into brown rice pan. Very disappointed with the bayridge location

I placed a big online order for pick up and they charge me an extra $2 for side of sour cream. Petty…
In person its great. on the chipotle app, the order gets messed up almost every single time. 9/10 times.last time the whole bowl was wrong also the chips, guac and salsa where missing.yet for compensation after i went to customer service, the chipotle app only gave me a free chips side and a free drink, which i can’t use together mind u.so for 32$ i got one bowl with mad missing ingredients… and when i tried to explain that to the app, it didn’t matterthis consistently happens with the chipotle app delivery at this store. in person the staff and everything are great, but it feels like u essentially get robbed in the app lol
