Have 2 bark meat burger middle good, one was for my 6 year old son,Burgers were completely raw in the middle! the cash and grillmen were rude and looked angry with me to repair it. the Latino grillman began to argue with me and gave me lessons about cooking temperatures when I explained I knew how medium looked good. he threw the food away and told the cashier to give me a refund. it wasn't even busy, he took 20 minutes for 2 rohburger! Maybe if the grillmann wasn't just hanging around while cooking, he would make a decent job. This guy even told me to speak Spanish only so that the cashier would not understand. the cashier girl told me she eats burger so all the time and they were in order, but she didn't even have to look at her and said, as the guy was the superior, she had to do as he said. it's shameful! I talked to the chief of the Makets-Bod about saying he would let the owner know.

I came here on August 2nd or 1st at 2:40pm. The minute I came to the register the employee was talking about taking a break and did step out the booth to play with her phone. I didn't want to interrupt her break so I was like are you working right now she shows me her T shirt with Bk Jani on it and say nothing. What? Her attitude was off the roof for whatever reason and she didn't even look at me in the eye or attempt to take my order or anything. I am very big on service and I have and will have skip on a favorite item any day if I don't feel welcome or my coins are not appreciated. The lady without a hat or hair net with the big hair and big attitude, you are the reason why I will never come back.

The most tender chops I have ever ate.HELLA EXPENSIVE however. 10 per chop. Gone in two bites.

Very flavor and juicy meat. I ordered a chicken burger. It is really spicy but is just excellent. The costumer service is great, a little bit expensive but totally worth it.
