Bidra med feedbackDone, just done. The customer service is well below acceptable. The new owner must think this is a gourmet sandwich shop. $12 for a run of the mill foot long. I LOVED this when the old owner was there, friendly, kind, and affordable. All of that is gone. You can get a large Pizza with multiple toppings just about anywhere for what 1 sandwich costs here. The last time I was here (right after the new owner took over) They were sanding sheet rock.. and dust was everywhere, even in the food, (you could write your name in the dust on everything) yet they still served it. I thought I would try 1 more time a year later... nope, I'm done for good now. I was there at 12:30 on a week day (lunch time) and I was the ONLY customer. That itself speaks volumes. They basically told me what I would like on my sandwich. I said that I didn't want shredded chicken, I wanted roasted, they said shredded was rotisserie, and better, and continued with that instead.. wth? Then when I paid She said tip it or skip it.. I said what? She said tip me or not. This store is not going to last long at this rate. The neighborhood, doesn't want anything to do with them.
App doesn't work with the store certain promotion codes don't work with this store I don't know if it's the store itself or if it's the franchise messing with things maybe the app, but trying to use the app with the store irritates me so much I don't even want Subway anymore today so between the app and the franchise I feel bad for these owners losing money because they can't create products that work. Maybe these franchise owners should get together and Sue corporate over the money they lose
Came in, no wait, no line NOT BUSY. Rude service and rushed for NO REASON. Repetitively asking what I'd like as I just walked in (around noon 12/10/2021) clearly looking at menu. As I started speaking walked away to help somebody else and also walked into the back. There was no point even even asking me. Then the girl working was sweet on the other hand. One person came in after us and the ride employee came out of the back then rushed the single person who had walked in just as he was doing me. Repetitively asking, as somebody was clearly making up their mind, and being pushy the whole way through. Rude. And this coming coming from somebody who worked and managed food and customer service for one year short of a decade... Terrible service. And I can't imagine as an employee it would be very fun to work with him
I went to this subway today, ordered a few sandwiches for family that’s Ill with COVID, No I wasn’t in contact at all… however the two young ladies there really showed a lot of love, amazing customer service skills. Quick with the art of making subs n bowls. Thanks I’ll definitely be a LOYAL GUEST of this location… Oh an I tried a new sub recommended by an employee The Garlic Chicken sandwich I GIVE IT A 5/5
Aka Mama is the absolute best! She really puts love in to every thing she makes. She is so warm and has a way of making everyone feel special. Thank you Mama I'll be back to see you soon!
