I love going here. I'm from Florida and I have recently found out quickly that I LOVE African food. However, the only place I will go to is Taste of Africa in Brooklyn Center.I love dining in, but this place just has an essence about it even though the decor could use some updating. Still, the service, THE FOOD...EXCELLENT! I bring my family a few times a year for a feast. And taste of Africa.

I was in the area for work and decided to go find a place to eat for lunch. Googled African cuisine near by and this place came up. The owner is very friendly, respectful and above all the food is delicious. I will be driving all the way back to Minneapolis this coming weekend from Wisconsin to get some food and takeout!!

The best west African restaurant in Brooklyn Park! The service is amazing as well as the food is phenomenal and authentic . I highly recommend Taste of Africa if you are looking to eat good with great portions .

Delicious food! I order the egusi soup and fuffu.love it so much that i have gone back again and again. Great costumer service and very friendly . I love going to eat where i can have the full experience as if i am traveling to Africa for that meal. I recommend you get the home made ginger root beer, take some home with you to get a strong inmune system and to cleanse your digestion system. is made by the wife of the chef.i have had more energy throughout the day.
