I always expect Popeyes to have the best chicken but to also mess up my order; however, at this location everything was perfect!My order came out correct, the food tasted good, and when I asked for tea without ice, they complied but warned me the tea was warm. I hate watered down tea and was glad they listened to me and was appreciative that they were also considerate enough to tell me it was still hot.Great store! I’ll definitely return.

The waiting time is too long and the workers are very poor.

Love Popeyes food, but my order is wrong every time I come here, and this evening was the WORST customer service.I ordered a combo meal with extra gravy (I repeated it multiple times in the drive thru) yet when I got my order there was NO gravy AT ALL on my potatoes. I pulled back into the drive thru and asked how a mistake like this even happens, and the female employee offered no apology or any explanation. Just “I don’t know I don’t package the food.” She took the wrong potatoes back and gave me the correct one, only then to insult me. I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. Normally I understand mistakes happen but to INSULT ME and not even apologize or take accountability?Garbage customer service. I’ve already filed a complaint online but don’t even bother wasting your time here. ?

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! After I order two white meat chicken combos and sweet and spicy wings, she said they only had one with meat left so I’ll get dark. I said I don’t want the meals if they are going to be dark meat. They the “manager” kept yelling at me through the drive thru window saying, I kid you not. “I’m esplaining to you over and over and then I Said “I’m explaining to you that if the chicken wings aren’t white meat I don’t want them. (Which I never understand chicken wings being dark meat like what are they talking about? And she kept yelling at me over and over not listening to what I was trying to change/order so then she refused to serve me at all. So, I asked for her name and she made jokes about it, I went to the window. She was so PETTY that she wouldn’t open the window to speak to me only to tell the customers behind me to go around. So, I’m glad they had to send out an employee on the side door to get the payments and then have to bring out the food since they want to be lazy, petty, and extremely unprofessional! I’ll get her name one day! Avoid this place! Brooklyn Center and I am I BLACK WOMAN! RACIST LOCATION!!!!!
