Bidra med feedbackMy whole family and I (ages ranging from 7 to 76) all absolutely love this delicious, authentic cuisine! We got a few boxes of the classic pork and chive dumplings which we steered on the stove top and a few bottles of the spicy sweet soy sauce which is to die for. I highly recommend it, it blows away any dumplings I?ve ever tried from stores like Trader Joe?s or Whole Foods and even high-end Asian restaurants! You?re missing out if you don?t try these?
Small counter-serve restaurant with Asian cuisine. Though centered around dumplings, the menu also has other dishes. The dumplings are small and the dough it tough and chewy. Pricey for the area, $10 for a coke and some dumplings. My order of steamed dumplings came out in about 10 mins, sitting in a pool of water. With so many other options available in the area, this would not be my first choice.
I wanted to like Dumpling Daughters but unfortunately, their dumplings are entirely inedible. The dough is too overworked and tough. The filling is bland and doesn’t even fill the entire dumpling. The portion size is comical considering the price. $8 for 6 miniature dumplings? I get more and better quality dumplings from Trader Joe’s next door.I hope there’s new management or a change in operations because it is a travesty to have this restaurant serving convenience store dumplings located in Coolidge Corner.
This is the blandest Asian food I’ve ever eaten. It’s unimaginable people leave 5 star reviews. It’s also very expensive for the quantity, even for Brookline.
The food is so fresh and delicious!!!! My husband and I received a gift to learn how to make homemade wontons. Nadia, the owner, was the teacher in the Brookline restaurant! Not only did we make delicious wontons, but we were served lots of food from the restaurant to try! We can't always make it to the restaurant, but we have started to order Doordash from Dumpling Daughter weekly! The delivered food is just as fresh and tasty as it is in the restaurant.
