This is the saddest place ever. I ordered a hamburger and got a long roll with four patties. nothing else. no cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, nothing. it even had a picture of a burger with all of the ingredients on it on the menu. stop the false advertising that “burger” looked for real so sad . On September 7th 2023 I ordered two pizzas, mozzarella sticks, wings, cheeseburger club, and cheese fries with the cheese on the fries. I drive there..spend 73 dollars, come home and the food is cold, they give us fries with no cheese, and the ignorant girls at the counter doesn't even say your welcome when I say thank you and pick up the food. On top of that I call them on the phone about not having the cheese on the fries and the same ignorant girl doesn't even Apologize and says the driver can drop off the cheese but it will take 45 minutes. Well the driver never came. I'm done with Gaetanos in Brooklawn new jersey and would NOT recommend them. They are lazy, sloppy, and incompetent. The service is very poor and the food was subpar.

My GF and I’d favorite home pizza shop. Order all the time and only had 1 singular food mistake. Impressive. I wouldn’t order delivery as our one experience with delivery wasn’t great. (I think we ended up waiting 1 hour 45 minutes from time order was placed to when order got to house), so I’d probably do pick-up or eat in if possible. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
