I have worked a different location, so it is very hard for me to find a Qdoba that meets my standards and this makes 100%. My food is always up to my standards. The staff is nice and professional. I highly recommend this place. Even if there is a pickup my food is still fresh and made to 100% satisfaction.
I'm still shocked because I'm writing this, I've never experienced such a RUDE behavior! We were helped by a heavy woman and another African American woman (so the manager can know who I am referring to), and they could not have been there any more. Not only did the hard-set one talk about my husband when he asked a question, but they were also not willing to help us at all (it is not a hard job) and it was very clear that they had no interest in being there. Again, ive never had such a bad customer service. If you hate your job, go somewhere else. Based on these two, we will never return to this place. I wish there were more words to describe what a terrible experience we just had.
Flies were buzzing around within the confines of the restaurant, particularly near the food station. I had to shoo away a fly while placing my order. The servers hinted that this was a recurring issue that management fails to address, even suggesting I inform the manager. The manager appeared indifferent and I made sure to inform their higher-ups about the situation.
An online order for collection. It contained only rice, guacamole and pickled onions (missing protein, queso, 3 salsas, salad and beans). The restaurant called three times. The first time without answer for 6 minutes. Second call, 8 minutes without answer. Third call, 3 minutes without answer. They're almost 20 minutes without answer. A full joke
