Potbelly - Brookfield

The place is very dirty inside. Instead of standing around and talking to each other, please clean the lobby and back area deeply, as I could also see how dirty it was from the front counter. Not good. There's so much dirt and dust everywhere it's not even funny. The doors were also dirty and had prints and blacksmiths everywhere. Heavy dust over lights, textile fabrics everywhere, food on the floor and close to shutters on stands. I mean, come on! Bunch of lazy useless people working there! Great sandwich, I ordered the Avo-Turkey, I was a little disappointed that they forget to put the avocado on it. The sandwich was still delicious and I would definitely go back!!! I was there during a busy lunch hour and all working was very friendly and the line moved quickly!!

I can't say I was impressed by my service. I created a pick-up order for a sandwich and when I arrived during the time frame, it told me I went in to find that my sandwich was not even started. I understand that there are some short staff nowadays, but no real excuse or explanation has been given. I feel like this is a great time when a free soda or any polite or simple gesture can go a long way to really worry about your service and reputation.

Good sandwich and a nice selection on the menu. Many to go orders that are picked up as we definitely kept the staff busy. They had everything under control.
