Pistol Pete's Neighborhood - Brookfield

I went to the restaurant on a Saturday night and had to wait an hour before being seated. The service was slow and there was a long wait between placing my order and receiving my food. When my chicken Caesar wrap arrived, it tasted more like buffalo chicken or cajun spices with Caesar dressing. The waitress kindly offered to take the item off the bill, but a larger blonde woman (presumably the owner) insisted that there was nothing wrong with the wrap. Despite not enjoying the dish, I was still charged for it. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service and will not be returning to this establishment. It felt like I was being bullied into accepting a dish I did not like, despite the principle that the customer is always right.

This restaurant is managed efficiently and the food is consistently excellent. The pizza is especially delicious, and the Buffalo chicken wrap and steaks are also outstanding. The portion sizes are generous, almost to the point of being too much. I absolutely love it here.

There was only one waitress for the entire bar area, and the food we received was not what we ordered. The patty melt was cold, and the Blue Moon beer on tap was skunky due to unclean beer tap lines. We had to repeatedly ask for items throughout the evening. Additionally, the door man was rude and racially insulted my Native American boyfriend, calling him "Chief" as we left and threatening to charge us double the cover if we returned. Despite spending over $100, we did not receive any thanks and were instead met with rudeness and threats. Overall, the environment was not pleasant.
