Absolutely TERRIBLE location. almost every time i go my order is wrong. no one knows what they offer. do not go here and waste your time and money go to a different location.

I see why this place is rated what it is... NASTY... employees seem unaware of the items they offer.. like. If i order a cocoa mocha latte, theres only ONE of those on the menu.. tell me why you ring me up for a coffee with mocha swirl in it... and it still wasnt made correctly.. absolute garbage. First AND LAST time i will ever step foot in this place. I will say the premises was clean! Thats it! How do you work somewhere and dont know how to make items you offer...?

It is a constant irritation when I come to work and noticed that they did not make my ice and bee on a croissant right. they have made sausages, eggs and cheese, as I have asked clearly. they do it all the time. that happened to me about four times now, and once my ice cream was a hazelnut monkey.

They always make my icemocha latte the way I like it. The staff is friendly.

The coffee quality went way down hill from a few years ago! They had a great quality Colombian coffee bean that was simply incredible, it had a great aroma, great taste, very smooth, great body, and low acidity! Now, they sell a cheap quality coffee bean that is not good. It has no aroma, not good tasting, and is nothing like that Colombian coffee that they use to sell. I remember you could smell the sweet aroma as soon as you open the door. Some companies will do anything to make more money at the cost of giving up the quality of there products?
