Eating is good, but stay away from the ice. the outside of the machine is very visible dirty. I can't imagine what it looks like inside.

I have been eating at this restaurant regularly for 20 years now, and I've also eaten at Chinese buffets all over the country, and this is, by far, the best Chinese buffet I've been to. They have consistently great food, very reasonably priced, and we've had very few less than stellar experiences in the 2 decades we have frequented this establishment.
