Brookfield, Wi Lou Malnati's

I prefer thin crust pizza but am becoming more fond of Chicago style. I've had frozen Lou Malneti's pizza when I used to live in S.D. and a friend had some shipped there. Today was my first chance to try it fresh. I would definitely return. The pizza was good, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very conducive to conversation. Wait was terrible and the food didn't fare much better. We waited over an hour and we were on a tight deadline. The quality was comparable to a home run inn pizza (which is to say pretty bad. Hostesses were great though. Bottom line, don't believe the hype and go buy yourself a digiornos and call it a day.
