Bidra med feedbackOur experience at Seasons 52 was fabulous. The atmosphere was perfect and the service excellent. The food was delicious and exceptional. Our server was full of personality and entertained us. So worth the time and money.
Great dinner celebration for our graduating high school senior. Adam made him feel special and honored during the meal that evening. Food was delicious and arrived timed perfectly to allow a bit of conversation between courses.
Our server was very good, but not very attentive it was a long time before she came to take our order. The main meal arrived before our appetizer, so the server said she would not charge for it. The trout and asparagus meal was not hot it had cooled off by the time the food came out. The bread did not arrive with the soup, and although the server said she would bring it out, we had to remind her. Not the best experience, but not the worst.
My husband took me for my Birthday! It was perfect! The food was very delicious! We had a great time ! We go to Seasons 52 often for the steak and lobster. It's always so yummy!
We've never had a bad experience here until this one. They were understandably busy and running out of some menu items on Mother's Day evening, but over-all it was a disappointing experience from a nice, expensive restaurant for a special occasion. They appeared to have plenty of wait staff, but we had to wait a ridiculously long time before we were finally greeted by our waitress and have drink orders taken and had been waiting nearly an hour before we finally inquired about our appetizers and had to request drink refills. It seemed as though that frustrated our waitress that we asked, but when nearly everyone's glasses are noticeably empty or badly watered down, patrons shouldn't have to ask for refills. Lamb loin was well seasoned, but cold and chewy. Filet Mignon was cold, chewy and bland. Green beans were cold, hard, basically tasted raw, completely un-edible and one of us never received the side salad that was substituted for a side item that had run out. Manager had been walking around whole time we were there, didn't bother to check in with our table until we were nearly through. Backed up kitchens are to be expected on Holidays, but if the wait staff can't deliver plates because they're waiting to be made, then they've got time to make sure drinks are kept fresh and refilled, promptly remove empty glasses, keep patrons updated so they don't feel the need to ask and at least make sure plates are delivered while they're still hot. Our plates obviously sat long enough to get cold before they were brought out to us.
