The quality of food (Crispy Chicken and Tenders) is excellent compared to other local places like Texas Chicken Burger. It is also fairer in price. However, customer service needs improvement. On more than one occasion, I was given the wrong order due to a staff member mishearing my order. This and other examples of communication errors from that same staff member mars what is otherwise a satisfactory experience.

PROFESSIONAL and very ACCOMMODATING to me!! I spoke with MD (manager @Store on 204th at BX location and he was a breathe of fresh air!! Made me feel like he listened and went over and beyond to fix the problem. SUPER SATISFIED w his service and because of HIM, I will continue to come back!!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS to you and your family MD:

I have had a great experience every time I have ordered instore, online or via food service app. The food has been fresh every single time. The employees are extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding upgrades or cost cutting. Also the manager is really friendly and trains his team to provide similar approach. This establishment is one of the best Popeyes I?ve ordered from. Keep up the good work.

I ordered a three piece chicken with Mac and cheese and frozen lemonade,the chicken was so dry and a thigh was only breading,the Mac and cheese was delicious and the frozen lemonade was good.

This is my first time I am writing review for any restaurant. I want to tell everyone to be careful when you are paying for your food. Sometimes they charged extra and refused to except their faults.Before you leave the store, please recheck your receipt.
