Week days morning Shift with Stephanie and Iesha. There's never a dull moment with those two. Customer service is on Point. Customized Vanilla Chai accommodations by adding 2 scoops instead of 3 does it well for me. Always give me a good laugh and keep me coming back.

I recently visited this location and had an unpleasant experience. A young woman wearing a blue headscarf came out, put on her gloves, and simply stared at me. I greeted her with a "Good Morning," but she just told me to place my order. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. It felt as though she had a bias against me, even though we had never met before. I will be reporting this incident to the Dunkin’ brand because they should not be represented in this manner!

I usually have wonderful experiences with the staff at my local Dunkin' Donuts. To my Sunshine, Sunflower, Twin, and Handsome— you know who you are! This morning, I found a surprise in my winter chocolate latte. But nothing can dampen my spirits or ruin my day. Thank you, team, for setting the tone. I know today is going to be great!
