I got a chicken over rice and there was barely any chicken, small portion, and no white sauce

Only had this one time so far, and I ordered pretty late for a Tuesday night, and I was impressed how fresh and crunchy, not overcooked, and how juicy the chicken was. Flavor was good. Prices fair. Will order again sometime and hope it's just as good.
