Truffles - BROMLEY

I'm sorry to say that Truffles has gone down hill. You order your meal, they leave things off what you order, they've increased their prices. You order a drink they forget to give it to you, you have to keep reminding them. The young kids waiting on you, look like they can't be bothered and are not very receptive at all. Thought they were having an off day but it's happened a couple if times now......very disappointing, don't know what's happened to the place.

This isn't our first visit to the cafe - we enjoy having lunch there. It's always a delightful experience! The food is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Today, I tried an amazing salad from their special menu and I was thoroughly impressed. It was delicious!

It’s not a bad place at all but I think it should be better for a more premium cafe that it markets itself as. The serving staff were nice and friendly and the food is quite nice. I had a burger and it was really average in taste. The meat itself seemed low to average quality and I was expecting something a bit better. We had English breakfasts too, they were nice and good quality. We have been here a few times over the past 5 years. We always find that we are not offered condiments. We had to hunt some down and when our ketchup arrived we were given one portion for 4 of us. Asked for more and got one more portion! Not enough. I get it that condiments can be wasted but this is just a pain! Would I go back, yes but it’s not first choice for us. I feel it could improve quite easily and become a really great place to eat.

I would highly recommend this well-structured cafe. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the food is well presented and tastes amazing.

I had an amazing experience at this café, which was a great way to start my day. The food prepared by the chefs was excellent and the service was fast. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making the overall experience very enjoyable. I would definitely come back again.
