Redrobin - Broken Arrow

I hate and avoid big crowded restaurants. This is a big restaurant. I could see a situation on a busy night, that if the restaurant wasn't adequately staffed there would be a trainwreck. No trainwreck today. The obvious down side of Red Robin; it's an expansive corporate chain. The restaurant buildings are big, set up for big groups and families. It's not your cozy little corner burger bar. It is what it is. That aside, I remember my Red Robin dining experiences from eons ago, as always being pleasant with consistently good food and service. In the mood for a burger today, so why not? Greeted and seated promptly. Vicki filled our drink orders, while we looked over the menu. A huge selection of burgers, salads, sweets and full bar. Our order was taken, and Vicki soon returned with fries and dip, an appetizer. I don't remember that. My wife and I both had the Smoke and Pepper burgers: black-peppered bacon, cheddar, lettuce, pickles and Smoke Pepper ketchup is smokin'. (whatever that last phrase means? I like that they ask you, how you would like your beef cooked. The burgers came out soon, with more fries. The big beef patty was cooked as requested. A tasty burger with a light smokey flavor. So, the food was great. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is clean. We left very full. I do like the fries and dip. This meal at Red Robin worked for me!

I came here to have a sandwich and a milkshake. The server told me the ice cream machine was down. No notice on the door said the restaurant could not provide all menu items. The server didn't even know until she tried to input the order and said all ice cream items were crossed out. Sad.

Went here with a group of 6. The waitress brought out 3 baskets of fries before we ordered. This was great and appreciated. I love I can get lettuce wrap turkey burger. It was good and low carb. Then I got broccoli but she also brought me some coleslaw. It is great to have never ending sides. One person in my group did have the wrong cheese on his burger but they made him a new one to eat. Overall great burger place.

Excellent excellent service, great atmosphere and the burgers and sides are amazing. I want to try one of their amazing looking desserts but I was stuffed. I highly recommend Red Robin.

Food was awesome here! Place was clean, service was pretty fast, if I'm nearby, definitely coming here again!!
