Potbelly's Pub Grill - Broken Arrow

We stopped eating and drinking. we had seen someone from one of the local side who said this was a good place, so we had to try. it was a pretty cool place. great eating and service. was not a big fan of smoking inside, but the ventilation was decent. we will be back

The only reason I give this place 2 stars is randy. we currently have a group of 10 people, it is a Friday night and there is hardly anyone here. there are 3 barkeepers, and none of them were on our table. we have to get up and get our own drinks. That's ridiculous. That's why I would never bring back a big or small group of people. Maybe if they weren't on their phones or would actually come behind the bar to serve people, it would make a difference.

Amy is the best bartender by far... Always on time with customer service and remembers your name and drink after ur first time in the establishment.

Great food with a rather pathetically unapologetic redneck atmosphere. The bartenders here used to actually be a lot friendlier (or just friendly at all) and waaaaay hotter.. now I suppose the staff are attentive if you’re a regular or they know you outside of work. Otherwise, good luck getting served in a professional or tip-worthy timeframe.Still one of the more decent bars in redneck backwoods BA. Sad.
