Marco's Pizza - Broken Arrow

Ordered some pizzas. One was missing, no big deal driver said he would bring it. Called to check on the status and guy says I don 't know how it 's missing, I packed it myself basically accusing me of a missing cheese pizza. Driver came mins later and clearly very irritated by the situation didn 't say a word. I usually only leave good reviews because I don 't like ruining someone 's reputation but that was not ok. Not ordering from here again, though the pizzas were good just bad customer service.

I cannot believe you use canned mushrooms. Absolutely gross and unacceptable. That is a lie about quality. If you cared you would use fresh. Canned mushrooms are full of bugs look it up. Canned mushrooms are a good place to find maggots. If there are over 20 or more maggots of any size per 100 grams of drained mushrooms or five or more maggots two millimeters or longer per 100 grams, the FDA will pay attention. Otherwise, eat up. What a shame because otherwise it looked good.

The best pizza chain there is. Fast and fresh, and they offer great discounts and deals.

Twice in a row now iv gotten home do discover my pizza completely saturated in grease and soggy. Very disappointed.

I never had heard of Marco’s Pizza until I started my new job that happens to order every other Friday. I quickly realized how much better tasting it was to Domino’s and comparable to the fluffy and toasty crust of Costco pizza.This Friday my job didn’t order pizza so I decided to place my first order and pick it up after work. When I got there 10min early my order was already ready, but I had to wait a few minutes before I was able to be attendant too.I could see the crew was busy, a boy, guy and attentive gal. I waited patiently and overheard the attentive gal saying she had missed some salami’s on a cooked pizza, so I asked about the price offering to buy it in addition to my order….She replied with me letting me have it as it was a mistake and I had waited for a good 5 minutes at the counter. My order was $25 and I was ready to buy another medium pizza as a first time customer, but her decision of kindness and awareness of me as a customer was unexpected. She exceeded my expectations beyond the great taste of the pizza.I will no longer consider buying pizza without thinking of Marcos Pizza at the BA, OK location first.
