Firehouse Subs Broken Arrow

Waited over 30min for a simple (no meat) salad. There were 2 couples waiting for their order. So they weren't busy. After I finally got my order, the children who work, harassed or out of the fact that they had to stop their icy chit chat, and I get more dressing. I can totally understand how they were busy on a Friday night dinner. I got a better service with a Burger King. I will certainly not be back and definitely not recommend!

Good subs and chili. The chicken and dumplings were not as good as the other food. I liked the blue whale mural inside but they ruined it by adding Catoosa PD in the picture with the firefighters. (Not ALL of CPD are terrible dishonest cops, there is maybe 1 good cop). As far as Firehouse Subs goes I would recommend to others but probably won't go back bc it wasn't so much better than anywhere else I eat. Update-i did go back several times. Lol

Good subs. Staff doesnt care.. i ordered 2 subs one was a tuna WITH PICKLE AND TUNA ONLY. THEY GOT IT WRONG. he didnt even put the order in right when i adressed it they looked at me like i was stupid. Never offered to fix it just stared at me and moved in. Won't be back if u cant educate staff in customer service. You might also tell the cashier to wash his hands before making sandwiches after touching money gross. Took forever to get sandwich when no one was really there before me without a sandwich. No urgency to get your food. Sandwich was slopy made.

It was our first time there. The food was very good, but the people must have had a very long and busy day. It was 10 minutes till closing and not one person smiled and you could tell they just wanted to get out. I hope they get some rest...

I got the Club on a sub with chips and a drink. The sandwich, chips, and drink were all great. Can?t forget the pickle, and the sandwich was warm. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I will be back!???
