Bidra med feedbackDay after the day of work Monday, three persons working theke is a training on day one. there is a cash register opened. twenty-five minutes waiting for coffee. Meanwhile, four other TH employees dressed in their work-uniforms move around in the back room, around, striping surfaces or going into and out of the office. I would have suspected that this was an all-handed moment in customer service, but perhaps not in the mallorytown on route.
I got a black coffee with 1 sugar when I ordered 2 creams and 1 sugar. I went back to tell them that I didn't order that. one of the hired names mukhayla helped me and I told her she was missing the cream. first she asked me if she was the one who helped me? that's not the whole point. Just give me what I ordered and was done. she was rude. my first time to get this kind of treatment. she gave me 2 creams and I asked for another 2 and she smiled the refrigerator door when I asked for another 2 creams and sarcastically handed over to me and said if that. quite quiet, cucumber. coz seriously ruin her tim hortons call!
Super disappointed and disgusted with this Tim Hortons. Let me tell you 3 reasons why. 1. There were flys hovering over the limited donuts that they had out. (I've attached pictures 2. Our cashier, Ms Mcayla (not sure if she gave me her correct name, but she also happened to get captured in the pictures I've added of the donuts. . Anyways so Ms Mcayla had very bad attitude with us. Super rude and sarcastic behavior. Probably one of the ONLY Tim Hortons in which I've seen bad customer service. And last but not the least 3. Awfully slow service urgency could've been shown by the staff but they didn't seem to care. Wouldn't recommend but limited options. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1 10

After a 20 mins. waiting on the line, bought a steep tea started drinking right away in front of Tim's but steep tea wasn't hot,And the customer service extremely slow.Management needs to take some actions to improve fastest service a bit.Thank you.
