pizza Hut - Brockville

I will never return to this restaurant after witnessing their delivery driver standing in the kitchen without a mask and coughing. When I expressed my concerns, a pizza cook became defensive and even threatened me. I captured the incident on video as proof of their unacceptable behavior.

I attempted to order over the phone but was unable to get through after calling about four times. The last time I called, I spoke to a woman who was extremely rude, although I forgot to get her name.

My wife and I are long time customers of Pizza Hut and generally they do get things right but that all ended tonight when we ordered a special for delivery and both arrived, not only 20 minutes late but with both pizzas wrong. We ordered a medium hawian and a triple crown. The hawian came without the ham on it and the triple crown (same as all dressed) had no pepperoni on it. When I called the person who answered made no appology but said we could either get a credit or the pizzas replaced. We opted to have them replaced which meant another long wait. Personally, I think the least they could have done was replace and credit to compensate for the inconvenience. Maybe a manager might consider calling.

Large order for delivery. Arrived on time, hot and very good. They were open earlier on Sunday than other local shops, so they got the order. Sleeping in cost the other guys big time.

I do like their breadsticks, but the pizza is never consistent and on a visit a month ago, I asked for a follow up call which never came. Disappointed in that. I did try again last week. Breadsticks were good, pizza was okay. It is hit for miss. While I will return, it won't be any time soon. Wish it was more consistent.
