Ihop - Brockton

Customer service is well needed here to train these ppl at the front. No acknowledgement therefore do not expect a greeting. Rude to their finest! The wait time, is ridiculous. There’s too many ppl in the front with the pad thinking they know how to run a busy place but they obviously don’t. Tables have been dirty for as long as we were there for which it was about 45 minutes. Since I’ve sat at this table and had to ask for coffee because that’s how bad their waitress are!!!!! Not to mentioned, the burned pancakes…HORRIBLERISIMO!!!!!!! Never again ?

I love ihop. I mean I crave this restaurant and each time we visit Boston (or any other place that has an ihop) we make sure to visit at least once. This ihop location is one of my favorite. The staff is always so friendly. The portions are humongous and I liked the fact that they now serve u the syrup in individual containers (you can ask for as many as you want). My daughter loves thes fact that you can order non breakfast items for breakfast. The staff is always willing to swap out items to accommodate what kids want in their plate and do it with a smile.

Haven't been to an IHOP in years! What a great surprise building was beautiful and the inside was immaculate.Our server was very pleasant and the service was great. I was there with 4 teenagers and every order was perfect food was delicious. I would definitely go back!

It was the worst experience I've ever had. It's a shame I took my grandson there for a graduation breakfast. The server was the worst. The food wasn't cooked too what we asked for and most of the food was cold, the coffee was lousy and the mountain dew was watered down. Then to top it all off we couldn't find our server to give us a check. After 20 minutes we finally got someone to take our money. We will never eat there again.

I found the food to be decent overall I didn't partake in much breakfast food others at my table did and I had a sample but my cheeseburger and fries were underwhelming they may have been better if they were hotter and fresher. Unfortunately this is not the fault of the individual who was our server, but the it would be the person responsible for staffing the restaurant. As far as I could see there was only one person working the entire front of the house. He was responsible for all tables plus seating. We also ordered a couple of appetizers the #1 Chicken fingers with barbecue sauce, I thought they were crispy and quite tasty. #2 Mozzarella sticks, they were very crispy and would have been better had they been fresher they were already starting to cool by the time I dipped them into my freezing cold marinara sauce. They should definitely give you heated marinara so as not to aid in the cooling of their mozzarella sticks. I also tried some french toast that was good and a sunday pancake that was quite tasty even though they skimped dramatically on the ice cream. Overall my experience was okay to good. The food was all right and probably could have been good had the place been stabbed properly. The server was friendly and efficient as he could be with the workload. The restaurant was clean and I actually quite enjoyed the music selection during my visit there. I know they are a breakfast joint but I wanted to give the burgers and try, probably won't do that again.
