Kfc - Brockport

I don 't know why I submit myself to such punishment. I always say I 'll never go back there. Yet somehow my brain tricks me in to thinking that maybe it 'll be better this time. First we decided to eat there inside. The tables were all dirty. My wife ordered the pot pie and that came out barely half full and the crust was hanging way off of one side. I can 't believe they serve it to you looking that pathetic. I forgot to take a picture of that for the review. The chicken breasts I had were ok at best. Extra crispy is actually extra greasy and had no flavor. We ordered 2 large sides of coleslaw to take home. They came in a separate bag cuz we ordered those to go. I figured how could they have screwed that up. Much to my surprise when I took them out of the bag to toss in the fridge, those were only half full as well. I added a photo of that. Is this what I paid almost $5.00 for?? Never again will I visit the brockport store. I 'd also like to add that we frequently visit the Albion location. We have never had a bad experience there. I should 've drove the extra ten minutes to go there.

I just went to Drive thru order 3 pc tenders, when I got home, I opened my box was 1 tender normal sizes and 2 little pieces, not even a size of my thumb. I?m very disappointed how management can serve this to customers, I?m a new customer but if I am spending my money on your business at least , I expect quality food and correct portion. I called the store and no one answered the phone . I will try corporate number.

Always fresh food, staff is nice and the store is clean. Would've given 5 stars but sometimes they forget items for my order.

I ordered 2 famous bowls just now and a couple biscuits. I asked for butter and there was no butter in the bag and no silverware at all. Also we asked if we can put a drink of Coke to our order when we paid and they told us that we have to ride around again and wait in line. Never again...

Not a one time but several they gave fries made out of rotten potatoes and Chiken tenders literally smell like stinking rat, which is intentionally done targeting students. also lots of overcharging for them to avoid paying taxes in the name of charity.
