Cambium at Careys Manor - Brockenhurst

Fantastic restaurant in a lovely hotel. Very covid safe. Staff friendly and helpful. Food delicious. Highly recommended.

Booked the Cambium for our first night whilst staying at Careys Manor Hotel and we’re not disappointed. Food was very good but service was spot on and all the staff wore masks which at many restaurants they don’t. Just a really safe and lovely experience.

Table for 5 to celebrate my mother’s 86th birthday. Lovely place Lovely service Disappointing Afternoon Tea for nearly £30pp inc 12.5% service charge No fruit/herbal teas (luckily mother brought her own) No savoury scone or cheese straws Soggy strange couple of mini cakes in amongst an ‘ok’ selection Lovely sandwiches Nothing chocolate in the sweet selection (big mistake) No offer to box up any items we were unable to eat poor show! Won’t recommend and probably won’t return

Very good restaurant, impeccable service, dishes are generous and very well prepared. I really recommend.

Priced like a fancy restaurant. We had the tasting menu, all ok dishes but nothing with wow factor, tastes all melded into one with dishes tasting pretty much the same. The wine selection wasn't too bad though.
