Wendy's - Broadlands

Stopped in with my sister and all our kiddos for lunch. Service was excellent. All employees were busy, on top of things and very nice and friendly. The restaurant and bathroom was clean and tidy. All the food was correct and I couldn’t believe how many fries we got with the medium. Everyone had left overs. The manager(I believe) came out to check on us. She was very nice and asked if the kids’ nuggets were good and if she could get us anything. Would highly recommend this location.

Wendy's is Wendy's very consistent across the country.

Terrible SLOW service. It doesn’t matter how simple your order is, when you go through the drive thru they tell you to go park and wait for it. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes for chicken nuggets I would’ve sat down at a restaurant.

I went her after church to get some food for my family of four. The order was a bit complicated, but Ruben made sure to get my order right. He was friendly and very helpful.

Don’t go to the Ashburn Wendy’s and try to eat inside. We were completely ignored. No one ever came to serve us and our service dog (yes, she truly is certified) was questioned. Amazingly rude experience.
