We booked to be seated in the dining area, thinking we would receive table service a better atmosphere than the brewery section. A parade of young staff were rostered on, who seemed utterly surprised when they were asked a question, including how to order if you’re paying cash. Apparently everything must be done via the QR code on the table therefore reduces the need for staff to understand how to do anything but drop plates on tables. Paid top dollar for very average food, and after making our way to the rowdy pub section to order our meals at the bar (we couldn’t get staff to take our order at the table, because we were paying cash) three meals came out together, and after asking throughout our meals what was happening with my husband’s meal, we finally discovered that bar staff who took our order had not put this meal through to the kitchen. My husband finally got to eat, long after everyone else had finished their meals. We will not be returning, could’ve had the same experience at our local suburban tavern.

The service was poor. Your staff knew little about the menu. The meat was not cooked as ordered and vegetables were cold. We ordered the wood fired carrots as a side. They came out steamed and not together with what was said on the menu. Sent them back. They arrived at the end of the meal. Cold Horrible experience. Will not recommend

Very disappointed with food service timing. Our staters which we were planning on all sharing come out all together with the mains. So no time to enjoy the starters and then a 10-15 minute break until mains. Food was nice but timing terrible.

We have been a few times but little disappointing this time. We booked a table which when we got there found out wasn’t necessary. No one acknowledged us when we walked in. Found someone who was wiping down the bar. They said sit anywhere. Ordered a drink which was delivered quickly to our table. Looked at the menu, a lot of items out of stock and 45 minute wait for everything. Food was good when it arrived.

Good choice of food available , the only negative is I Don’t understand these businesses charging you 1% every time you use your card to pay when it’s a convenience for them that your payment goes straight in there account leaving the money accounted for and in the bank and no risk of theft .
