Yum Cha Cuisine Pacific Fair

Upon arrival, they couldn’t find our reservation and made us wait outside. Service, can’t complain as there was none. Food is lovely, service is terrible! Too many kids running around today and very very loud.

We as a large family group enjoyed Yum Cha Cuisine Pacific Fair. We had booked beforehand, table was ready and in a good position as we had young children. The waiting time for anything was minimal and the food was excellent. Overall we were all extremely happy.

Even with a booking made days in advance we were sat at the worst table , in a dark back corner, tucked behind the storage cupboard and cashier desk. Main dishes were over priced and average, soy sauce noodles were nice. Lost its appeal.

The server we had was rude and intolerant of us whenever we asked for table water or extra napkins. She also messed up our order and tried to manipulate us into thinking it was our mistake when it was definitely hers

The restaurant menu and food was excellent! Food presentation was good! The staff was very tentative and polite. We will go back again. Our favourite was the tofu with prawns, the kailan, the clams and the four season beans. Yummy!
