Tim Hortons - Broad Channel

I?ve been a regular customer since the past four years, till few months ago everything was fabulous, they made their orders fast and got every customers order done in less than 2 min. Since these past couple of months the employees have been very slow at making orders, even when there?s no rush inside the location or through the drive through. They have become wayyy too slow. Even when it?s not busy at all you have to wait a lot for your order to be done. Ahhh missing the last manager and assistant manager. They kept everything right on time and organized and fast paced!

Nice and clean, good customer service, Tim Horton standard food quality.

We used the drive thru. We order a dozen of each muffins and doughnuts, they were ready quickly. We had to wait a short time for our take 12 pack of coffee. The food was consistent with Tim Hortons' quality.

I do not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. The wait always takes forever, my order is ALWAYS wrong. Customer service at this location is some of the worst customer service out there. The manager is RUDE, and hung up on me during my call.

Great coffee and chili, fast drive through service, always a smile and a thank you. Interior is always clean when I go in.
