Long wait especially weekends. Will not be seated till entire party arrives. Food is delicious. Individual hot pots. Large variety of noodles, vegetables, sauces, tofu, etc. Self service soft ice cream: vanilla green tea, with available swirl, choice of wafer cones or cups. Choice of soup bases with free refills. Meats seafood can be ordered separately. Should be done before getting veggies sauces. Drinks available. Nice atmosphere. Ample space between tables. Comfortable seats.

It was my first HotPot experience and I'm glad it was here. The food options are endless, yet everything looks fresh and well- maintained. Servers are busy, but helpful.

If you are heading there for dinner, expect wait time of at least 30min. Good selection are fresh and good. I wish they have more option for dessert.

Place is great for groups with picky eaters and dietary restriction s, everyone is happy.....also Frozen beer is always a Hit

Nice deal overall! Not exactly all you can eat. The vegetables and carbs are AYCE. The meat and drinks are charged by the item. Really good quality meat. Incredible variety of veggies, fishballs, and home made noodles. And free soft serve ice cream! AYCE soft serve vanilla or matcha. Very good system actually. You get your pick of individual broths.
