Literally THE BEST FOOD TRUCK EVER! I order from here each week and have never had anything short of AMAZING! First off, the quesadillas are simply the best I've ever had. I'm talking... let's compare these to my favorite local mexican restaurants and still... Rosie's is WAY better and fresher! It's no surprise really, as all ingredients are locally sourced!The steak quesadilla is SO tender and juicy, the sauteed onions make it a match made in heaven. The breakfast quesadilla with bacon is too good to be true- I order it for brunch and it keeps me full all day! (Don't forget to order a side of home fries with Rosie sauce! YUM!)Have you ever eaten ribs that literally fall off the bone and make you dream of them for months after? Well, try Rosie's ribs for the best dreams for weeks that follow! They literally melt in your mouth. Pure perfection! Actually don't... there won't be any left for me! Try Rosie's! You'll be SO glad you did!!!

I love this classic and tasty BK food truck! Thursday’s they have tasttttty ribs that are on special and highly recommended.Also, the owner is so warm and friendly.
