The manager (Nicolas) is very unprofessional and disrespectful!! Third party app orders are almost impossible to resolve. Had already paid for the food which could be seen on my app but still was not able to pick up the order why? Coz Nicolas was not sure he would get paid for it! Like the food but will not eat here again EVER!

Very poor/irresponsible order management — particularly through their App.

The food tasted great. BUT don’t order takeout via Direct Orders. Third party apps are fine. They could not find my and my friend’s orders. My friend had to wait almost an hour (our orders were placed 1 hour in advance) and answered the same questions 5 times with no resolutions. Staff were nice but clueless. 2 staff said to my friend that “we don’t accept orders through Direct Orders” but when I called Direct Orders, a store staff answered and lied that I was not charged and made it sound like … – show

Fast and friendly service. The lines can get long during the rush hours but they move fast. Using the Naya app helps as well. First time use of the app gives a $15 credit for the first order.
