Minetta Tavern - Broad Channel

The service and vibe make this a great place. Food, too, even though I had the black label burger, which I didn’t think was anything particularly special for the price they charge.

I had the pappardelle with with braised short rib and rosemary whipped ricotta and my fiance had the pappardelle with duck ragout. Both dishes were incredibly delicious and served at the perfect temperature. Service was impeccable as well. I was also living for the flake salt that was brought with the bread and butter.

Black label burger and the French onion soup are the way to go. Incredible cut of beef that almost makes the $38 price tag worth it.

Surprise and delight was this gem! The atmosphere was nostalgic, the service was impeccable, and the aged beef burger and pomme frittes exceeded expectations!

Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Best burger in NYC too!
