Loreto Italian Kitchen - Broad Channel

Our family of 4 decided to try a Sunday eve walk-in at Loreto's. The host was very helpful to seat us in less than 10 minutes considering they were packed! Their half bench and half chairs table arrangement fits 4 comfortably, and is conducive to all group conversations. We enjoyed EVERY dish that came out, especial±± ly the fried calamari and shrimp, the chicken marsala, pork chops,…every dish basically. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this place. We have the equivalent of this restaurant in my hometown and this is the only Italian place that has lived up to it. Great food, great atmosphere, great staff. Nothing bad to say.

Love, love, love this place! The service, the wine selection, the ambience, and the food was amazing! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars out of 5 for the food was because the fritto misto was lacking a bit in terms of the quality of the calamari. When comparing it to all the other dishes we had like the pizza, pasta, beet salad, chicken, and the special (which was swordfish), it kind of fell flat. Otherwise, such a nice restaurant! Will definitely come back!
