I had a lovely time at Kubeh! As a vegetarian there were many options for me we started with the hummus and fava bean, charred eggplant, cauliflower, and kubeh. All items were nicely done. The veggie kubeh was very flavorful and I liked the green paste that came with the dish. The zucchini pasta was delicious but we didn’t realize it was zucchini noodles. Not a big deal for me but my friend had her heart set on pasta. We had a bottle of wine from Morocco, a Syrah, and it was so delicious. Bak … – show
