Hyatt - Broad Channel

The view was spectacular! Unfortunately, the food took around an hour, and the drinks were $18 yet tasted like juice. I had 2 just to see if it'll creep up on me and nothing special about the drinks. The service, although the 2 hosts working that night were pleasant, they seemed to be short staffed, leaving us unattended, I had to walk my check up to get us out of there. Keep in mind that the tip is included in the total charge. But overall, if I wasn't with my 2 year old, I'll do it again and just bring my own things if it's allowed.

The owner was amazing and suggested drinks which we amazing ! she also hand crafted each beverage. the music was a mix of current and past r&b. would eat here again

The rooftop location was great. The view was flawless, but the service was nonexistant. Had to stand in line to order food and it took an hour to arrive. We had a reservation but that didn’t matter. They should have limited tables with such severe understaffing. Really OpenTable should not have a place like that. Disappointed.

Very friendly staff. Great place for appetizers and drinks with a view of the Empire State Building. Highly recommend

Bartenders and waiters made this a fun experience with their personality. Food was very good, pricey drinks outside of happy hour. Will go again!
