Enzo's Pizzeria - Broad Channel

What the actual hell is this. Is this what you serve to people… are you guys happy with the presentation of this pizza.

I ordered a penne vodka off Uber eats ,but unfortunately Uber eats did not give shrimp as a added protein ,I called the store so they can modify my order ,as I have done so many times in various establishments. The women that answered my call had no clue how to do that ,wanted me to cancel my order and get charged a penalty to reorder again . All while my food is sitting there getting cold . I asked to speak to manager and she told me that the boss was not around and was told the same thing to cancel my order ,I asked if I can just be charged over the phone for the shrimp and still couldn’t work with me . She called Uber eats to adjust the selection on proteins ,but still is not fixed . All the while she sends the order as is and it’s completely cold . 5 min call that lasted 16 mins and resolved nothing .

The food is great. The service is great…everything you could want from a pizzeria. John M.

Absolutely delicious! The chicken BBQ slice and garlic knot with chicken and vodka sauce were bursting with flavor and expertly crafted. With friendly service to top it off, this pizzeria delivers an amazing experience. Highly recommended. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture.

Been in person and food is okay. I’ve ordered 3 times and each time I order always have an issue. First time forgot a whole item in order. And the 2nd and 3rd time they forget to put chicken in pasta and salad. The second order the lady on phone said she would credit me the 7-8 dollars they charged to put chicken in salad. A few weeks later I called to order pasta and no one knew anything about the credit. I ordered anyway and again they forgot the chicken in my pasta. This lady offered the same and I said no I’ll go pick up my 7-8 bucks since she told me they didn’t have a delivery person to give me the refund. I heard someone in back tell her we will send her a fresh pasta with chicken. Less than 25 min later I had a delivery person with the food at myDoor. Food was okay. When I heated up the next time it was extremely greasy.
