Bagel Bistro Diner Grill

My fiancé and I were looking for a bagel place and we stumbled upon this place my coincidence. I’m from Canada and I always love a good bagel when I visit him in NY. I visited this place twice and will definitely go again. #sogood

I asked for two orders of French toast sticks , when I went to pay , the register already had a price of 6.50 on the screen and she rung me up 7.00 and 7.00 and my total on the screen read 22.50, so I asked the lady how much was each and she rudely said 7 dollars and snapped at me . I then asked why is it 22.50 and she said tax . So I asked 8.50 cents tax ? So she rung it up against and it came to 14.75 . Not only did she try to rip me off for 8 dollars and 50 cents , she started to talk about me in another language, when clearly she was the moron who thought to charge someone 8.50 cents tax , either she’s that ignorant or she was truly ripping me off . I will never go there again . Poor customer service! Rude disgusting, over priced !

Not my best experience to grab a quick bite, although the food was good when it finally came. The quick bite turned out to be an hour and a half layover. Not sure if I will be back when in the neighborhood again.

Let’s see. 30 minutes before being served cold eggs and bacon. Can I get some silverware…and my toast? Waiting now 20 minutes for the check. I’ve now been here 70 minutes with actual wait service totaling ~3 minutes. Waiting…
