Bidra med feedbackThe wine was ok, the Long Island ice tea was fabulous. This place is a “build your own pasta” place with 7—8 choices of pasta and sauce for you to mix and match. We ordered an appetizer of meatballs which were somewhat bland. The pasta, however, was hand made and arrived piping hot. We tried arrabiata and carbonate — both were tasty.
I can’t speak for the food because we left after arriving 20 minutes before our reservation to enjoy drinks. The bar tender completely ignored us for 20 mins. I know it was busy but 20 mins is way too long. Other people left as well. We decided the services would probably be bad if we ate and we left.
Cute place and friendly service, but the 4 options we ordered (all 4 ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED by the waiter) were finished… the guy went back and forth 4 times to come back, say it was finished, recommend a new one to then come back and tell us it was finished… i felt fooled and we had to leave looking for a new place. The only thing i can rate was the tap water which was WARM! Cannot recommend it
Great appetizers with big portion sizes. Wonderful ambiance. Menu is make your own pasta- you choose the noodle and the type of sauce you want. Three of use ordered tagliatelle noodles which are traditionally thick and wide cut. What we got were noodles slightly wider than thin spaghetti. For sauces we got the broken meatball marinara, slightly disappointing with the flavor and also the amount of meat in the sauce. Went for a late dinner during the San Gennaro Festival. Sat at the bar and waited 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Barback finally took our drink order and served us. Waited another 15 minutes for the bartender to take our order. Waited an hour for a chicken parmesan with a side of pasta. Asked the bartender and he said in three or four minutes it would be out. 20 minutes later asked the manager about it and he appeared with the plates from the kitchen.
