Au Bon Pain - Broad Channel

Sandwich side has been closed for 3 days now. Only two drink options and you can get a salad but don’t expect dressing. Does anyone actually work at this location? Sucks when it’s the only food option in the hospital. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Great for a fresh hot cup of quality coffee to start my clinical days at Cohen/LIJ. For lunch break the soups are serviceable. The past 4 visits, I have had The Good Egg Sandwich Egg Avocado Cheese Lettuces and a lemon aioli on a nice crusty baguette for quick lunch. First time it wowed me how well composed and tasty it was. Sadly, it has been inconsistently made the past 3 times. Today a sloppy mess with more avocado and cheese on the wrapper than between the bread, tasty but not meeting expectations.

I placed an order for 6 am pick up from this place for a school event. I had great communication with Mark. He is very warm, helpful, kind and competent. My order was delivered to my car so that I didn't have to park. Really appreciated it!!! Will definitely order again. Service: Take out

Terrible Terrible Terrible, my order hasn't been right since my husband been admitted 2 wks ago on top of standing there w8n to place an order while they chit chat like seriously so I just take the journey to the cafeteria now Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30

Food (sandwich) is poor and not worth the high price for something that looks like it was thrown together. Second, it's open 24 hours but don't assume there is good service all the time they are open. It depends on who is working. Supplies not stocked sufficiently even though staff are standing around..... and to finish off the experience there is a cashier (a lady supervisor/manager) with a poor attitude and no customer service ethic.
