Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I got a gift certificate to the RR in Gresham. When I told my mom I was coming she said it had been terrible and they were out of most items she had wanted to order. She also said the burger my son had gotten was very small, almost like a slider. I brushed off her concerns and came anyway because gift certificate! When I went to order the server explained that the item I wanted was no longer on the menu. I showed her the giant photo of the item and she said the menu had changed and they would eventually get new menus but for now the menu was not accurate. I ordered a different item and my husband ordered the crispy chicken salad. When our items came out, my husband had grilled chicken instead of crispy on his salad. The server took the salad back to correct. It wasn't returned until I had already finished my entire meal. The server did apologize and did not charge us for the salad. Also, it did appear that my burger was very small. I do think they have significantly reduced the size of their burgers. I for sure would hesitate to visit here again.

The food was really good but kinda cold, I really liked the experience but as other users said the place looks kinda antiquated, my server was great tho, I believe his name was Francisco, really good customer service and made me feel comfortable plus he made crack a smile so my experience turned out good overall.

Got a to go order. Didn't have to wait very long to get my order but my order is not correct and looks like someone smash the patty and burnt the living hell out of it. I asked for the Haystack tavern burger no campfire add ketchup (which is on the boxes receipt not a haystack tavern with added ketchup and for some reason a lot of lettuce on it. Sadly this is about the 8th different red robin I have tried take out with and they all seem to somehow end up doing this. I'm just done trying this brand how can they say this is an $11 burger when I could get a better one made at Wendy's for cheaper. Ridiculous that they ask for a tip (which I gave too!

Uber order, burger and fries were perfect! Best burger I've had in years! They also paid attention to details, I never have to worry about my allergies here! Thank you!

Food is good, however the steamed broccoli can be a little underdone.
