Pizza Hut - Bristol, City of

I don't really feel like cooking on a Saturday night, so our options are the local fish and chip shop (which is not very good), the local Chinese restaurant (which is good but expensive, and we usually end up throwing away half of it), or the local pizza place. With their deals, we can always find something we both like at a good price. We order online in the afternoon for evening delivery and know that dinner is sorted. The food always arrives hot and the delivery person is always on time. We usually have leftovers, but aside from the potato wedges, everything can go in the refrigerator for the next day. It's a monthly tradition for us.

This was our first time ordering from Pizza Hut. We placed our order using Just Eat for a large Meat Feast pizza, BBQ chicken wings, nachos, and cheese sticks. Unfortunately, our order arrived much later than expected, even though Just Eat had confirmed it was delivered on time. The items we received were incorrect, with a veggie pizza instead of the meaty one we ordered and the nachos looking like they had been tossed around in their box during delivery. When we contacted the restaurant, they said they couldn't help because of how the order was placed through Just Eat. Just Eat only offered us a refund, but their prices are already high for such low-quality food. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

The customer service at this restaurant was appalling. Our food was never delivered despite placing a personal order, and we were not offered a refund. The employees were rude, leaving a hungry child without a meal. I suggest choosing a different restaurant further away that provides better service.

We ordered medium pizzas, and we have never delivered pizzas that actually with enough toppings before. will definitely be reordered from here, not skip, and quickly arrived.
