They make their own bagels and they are delicious. Soft and chewy.

Super tasty bagels, great pricing and friendly staff. It seems like this place is super popular with the locals. The only thing I think could be improved is efficiency of the behind the counter staff. The wait for the bagels was insane, and according to a local is very common. I think he said “if you want to kill an hour, come to Bristol Bagel Works.” While we didn’t wait an hour per se, it was probably a good 20-30 mins with only 6 people ahead of us. I would definitely come back if I was in the area.

OK But Avoid if in a rush Bagels are ok, prices are reasonable. Staff is extremely slow and disorganized. Avoid if you are in a hurry

Many visits out of walnut maple cream cheese. So wait in line for 30 min. Go to order no walnut cream cheese again. Take it off the menu. Switched to strawberry. The worst I've ever tasted. Be forewarned. Coffee was good. Maybe no call ahead Sat and Sunday as they can't handle it. Except bulk orders.

These are the best bagels. You can tell they are fresh and their cream cheese options are just as great as the bagels. The works was fantastic......that lox was grande. Had to come back and nothing disappoints.
